Nightmare

Everyone's got one of these some time in their life. You jump out of bed, break out in cold sweat, heart beating fast, and to your relief, it was only a really bad dream. Everything is fine, that ghost or monster ain't real, it can't even touch you now.

Except, my nightmares don't involve ghost, demons or monsters. I do dream of those and yes, they can be pretty nasty and scary, but nothing beats dreaming about an examination which I am utterly unprepared for.

So, last night I was sleeping and I had this dream. Dreamt I was back in Uni, having my finals. Being in computer Engineering, I would naturally be taking modules dealing with technology, programming or designing. However, being an engineering faculty, there are other modules which I am required to take, modules which I am absolutely clueless about, modules such as electromagnetics.

Anyway, I was dreaming of the exams. It was almost over, meaning everything will come to an end in another 1-2 days. I've prepped myself for the computer modules and ready to take the papers. There was this nagging feel though, its like I am missing out someting. Then it hit me, electromagnetics. Was I suppose to be taking that module? When and where is the paper held? I've not started revising on that module.

So I did what any student would have done, I asked, and lo and behold, the paper was already over, meaning I was suppose to take it but I didn't and there is no way in hell I can take that paper now. All in all, that means I have to repeat 6 months to graduate. Yup, that scared the shit out of me and I jumped from my bed, broke out in cold sweat, heart racing, trying to catch my breath....

Lame I agree, but this isn't the first time I had a nightmare about me screwing myself over during the finals XD
